This is a new release for the RiskMach Webapp
40.1 introduces the beta of the new procedure project sync where a new report is created with only the changes made after every sync. This is for testing only in this release
40.2 The new project to be created when reported is named by the user when downloading an existing project
40.3 The original project data is cleaned up so that it is returned to its original downloaded state before changes were made
